Can every settled concrete slab be lifted?
No. The slab’s condition, the material beneath it, drainage, access, surrounding surfaces, and the cause of movement all affect what we recommend. When lifting isn’t the right fix, we tell you and explain why.
Is concrete leveling the same as mudjacking?
Mudjacking is one lifting method. Polyurethane (polyjacking) uses a different material and process. Which one fits depends on the slab, the site, and the finish you want.
What causes concrete to settle?
Settlement is usually related to changes in the supporting soil — erosion, drainage, poor compaction, seasonal moisture movement, or nearby construction. Colorado’s freeze-thaw cycles and expansive soils are common contributors here.
What should I include with an estimate request?
The surface type, approximate dimensions, photos from multiple angles, the change you can see, and anything you know about drainage or landscaping. Approximate is fine — it just needs to be enough for a useful first conversation.
How much does concrete leveling cost?
